Comes The Storm

The latest poetry collection from Deborah L. Kelly, Comes the Storm is not a religious book, but a spiritual one which gives reverence to God, the Father of creation, and His holy and sacred Trinity.

It is a mixed book of revelation related poems, which I have ended with a channeled work on societal changes over mankind’s time here on planet Earth. I Am honoured to be called as an observer and witness.

Comes the Storm is filled with darkness and light: inspiration and disappointment: hope and despair; Truth and illusion; Spirit, and so much more. Yes, dark times of prophecy now play out; a beautiful new world awaits us just over the horizon on the other side of the sorrows and suffering.

What People Are Saying

Deborah L. Kelly, an inspired poet, has reached out to the light spirits of the universe and they have touched her soul with true inspiration to write Comes the Storm. The world and those who read it will be richer for the experience. Deborah’s words bring God to the forefront and in these times of tribulation, that is exactly what is needed. On this road of degradation and doom the world is currently spinning toward, God is the only light and we, His faithful children, need to stand firmly in His benevolent light to be saved. Stand tall, stand true, stand resolute in your Faith and know you are one of the predestined.

It is with pleasure that I agreed to write a brief recommendation of Ms. Kelly’s latest collection of poetry.  Not only have I published this poet in my own anthologies many times, but I nominated one of her speculative poems for a pushcart prize. Ms. Kelly has a unique poetic stamp on the page.  The stanzas of her work float about as if on air, taking your eye in many directions, as her words drift into your mind. “Comes the Storm” is a collection of Christian poetry rather than speculative.  The poet speaks of her devotion to God and the comfort she derives from Christ’s love and salvation.  Some of the poems are prayers, others ask for guidance and protection from God.  For those that enjoy modern Christian poetry, this collection will touch your heart and soul.

Comes The Storm, is an inspiring reflection of ones journey through the trials and tribulations that we all travel in search of the source, or Divine consciousness that is our creator.  This book is clearly fueled from personal experience and is a testimony to Deborah’s unique ability to put emotion and feelings into beautiful prose that touches the spirit and awakens hope and faith in all who read her words.  This is a book of hope, faith and joy.  It is a celebration of the power of inner faith. Anyone who is lost, or searching for inner strength and direction will find this book a most helpful guide, for she has left the breadcrumbs of spirit for all who would find that aspect within that leads them back to source.
