Uala NPC Party member Uala is an Enaldi so is her Echo. They do not procreate, and are not born and technically don't die. The Enaldi are creatures from the plane of water, and on this plane they are guardians and creatures of the life stream, which runs through the land and is the source of it's magic, (though bottled it is just water and has no power, it only has purpose or power as it runs through the world).
