City of Glass

the City of Glass is a very ancient underground city made of golden tinted glass lined tunnels and chambers. Its smooth rounded walls were fused from the sand using magical techniques and contain embedded light sources which glow when living beings are in proximity. Furniture is limited to pillows (now turned to dust), standing wood & stone workbenches, and built-in wooden & glass shelving, typically ornately carved.

Beneath Connaught castle and Connaught Hill are many layers of underground excavations and fortifications. They link up to several naturally occurring caves and caverns (Queens cave, Strathcona cave, Overlander cave), and to the City of Glass.

A spelljammer is an interdimensional craft that allows transportation between worlds and planes.

Spelljammers work by tapping into the magic flux field between worlds. When “slipped in” they exist in a non-space that resembles a spaghetti noodle. Though it would SEEM improbable, it is fairly common for multiple spelljammers to meet in the space. While
