Trollskull Manor
Yagra's boss is Davil It turns out that one of Davil's closest associates in the Zhentarim guild, Ziraj, is a good freind of Fala (the nextdoor apothecary) and stays with her when he is in town. He helps convince them to move from the Yawning Portal to TrollSkull. Davil (and Yagra) have agreed to rent a suite at Trollskull Manor.
and Yagra is able to be part-time general manager. Yagra's salary and rent are net neutral. Davil's room and board brings in 25 GP/tenday
Startup
200 GP has been paid in advance for starting renovations. The notary will require the remaining 1000 GP settled up within 60 days.
All players earn an extra skill, their choice of:
- Acumen (WIS) or
- Entrepreneurship (CHA)
at +1 above their base attribute bonus.
(This skill increases at each level-up if the players have actively managed the business or used the skill)
Soft Launch
Fala, the nextdoor apothecary, is very excited about re-invigorating the neighborhood. She has arranged for the community shopkeepers and a few friends to host a weekend fair and soft launch in two weeks. Don't worry, she is taking care of everything! She has a bunch of ideas for herbal-infused cocktails that perhaps could be added to the tavern's menu?!
