The island of Mintarn lies 400 miles southwest of Waterdeep. Renaer has a summer home here. The local economy has suffered as of late due to his neglect of his father's shipping business. The locals are none too happy with Renaer or Dagult.

If the characters are interested in picking up some business they could coordinate the hiring of middle management, and get the company back on track.

Renaer will let the party use his place, and it could be a great central point for sailing expeditions.
