Ender
Ender is an Aasimar paladin played by Allan Dawson.
He is mute but his imp familiar Calcifer speaks for him.
Calcifer was ordered by Asmodeus to torture Ender. Asmodeus bonded Ender to Calcifer to corrupt Ender, but during the bonding, Calcifer felt love for the first time. Calcifer was now connected to something wonderful and loving, and Calcifer changed fundamentally. Calcifer helped Ender escape Hell. Is this apart from Asmodeus plan, or is it a divergence from his plan. Only the DM knows for sure.
Asmodeus is also connected to the Waterdeep Dragon Heist by way of Ammalia and Victoro Cassalanter who, facing imminent bankruptcy, struck a deal with
