===== Coif of Scrambling =====

The coif of scrambling is a chain mail coif (covers head and shoulders) which grants the wearer several  spells.

The user need not know any spells, but must have Magery 1 or greater. 

The coif contains NO power gem, so spells must be powered by the caster's MP.

=== Side Effects ===
While wearing the coif, the wearer receives a +2 Agility bonus.

The wearer is compelled to obsessively work to solve any problem that surfaces. They will be unable to turn down any challenge, and will be unable to focus on any other mundane tasks until solved.
