====Gnomish Technology====

The ship generates a low power electric charge whenever it moves, which is used to generate hydrogen for a small dirigible and oxygen for diving which doubles the users breath holding time, and to build a static charge on special Charge Arrows.

The arrows add +2 to ATK against metal armor and d6 lightning damage.

A small motor can propel the ship slowly in calm water.
