Break the law within the walls of Prince's Crossing, and you have a good chance of being caught by the spears and thrown into [[the Gaol]].

The Spears are lenient with city citizens but harsh toward outsiders.
They are their goal as to protect the city 
Although they do patrol the surrounding area.

Are seen as both positive and negative. They generally target the outside as easy pickpocket work.
And the city's most wealthy whose stolen goods fuel long distance trade.
